Establised in 2002 by Bernard O'Reilly, to meet the growing need for clarity in a newly deregulated telecommunications market, ORL helps SME and corporate customers maximise their Return on Investment in their telecommunications spend. Bernard is Managing Director of ORL, where he leads a dedicated Help Desk team, with years of experience, available to work with your company on your specific communications requirements.
