"Like other businesses, we spend our advertising money in a variety of channels and media to target the different market segments. We wanted to know which channels were working best for us but apart from a detailed historic analysis of our monthly phone bill, we had no real-time way of doing this.
The Solution
ORL Consultants provided us with an online solution to view the performance of our 1850 numbers via an easy-to-use interface. Their Web Portal gives us real-time visibility of callers to our business.
We can see what campaigns are doing well and those that are not and allocate our marketing budget accordingly. We can also see if calls are being missed. This helps us to improve our service levels.
Overall, we have achieved much greater accountability of our marketing spend. We can now see the return from each advertising campaign we run."
