-How do I understand my land line and phone call bills?
Some bills are easier to understand than others but most bills contain the same information. Your bill should detail the number of lines you have (line details), it should state how many calls/minutes were spent on the line and it should also tell you the cost of the calls for each line.
-Why am I receiving bills from different companies
A lot of people now have a provider for their lines and a different provider for their voice traffic; because of this, companies receive 2 bills per month. This is usually a cost saving exercise but it is possible to receive only 1 bill if you have all of your services with the one provider at a higher cost.
-Where do I find my Eircom/BT/Imagine/other account number?
Your providers account number is at the top of all of your phone bills. It can also be found online if you receive your bills via the internet
