2012 Apprenticeships

ORL seeks two Apprentices to learn on-the-job at our offices in Kells. You will have the opportunity to participate in our apprenticehip programme, where you will gain valuable telecoms industry training, and will learn to use the latest software applications.

You will gain practical experience in:

• Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Making outbound calls to telecoms vendors to request necessary documents and resolve customer queries.
• Processing queries in an accurate, efficient manner using established policies and procedures.
• Working with modern technology systems in a fast paced, customer orientated environment.

You will gain practical experience in:

• Pro-actively managing outbound sales calls.
• Following up on qualified leads to turn them into sales opportunities.
• Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Providing reports on activity.
• Maximising all sales opportunities.
• Developing customer service relationships with customers and resolving their queries.
• Working in an exciting target driven sales environment as a part of a supportive and dynamic team.
